Kids Artistic Revue, one of the nation’s leading dance competition companies, is looking for enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team as Digital Media Associates for our 2025 spring tour! KAR Productions produces over 200 live dance events annually, and we’re excited to welcome new team members to help create unforgettable experiences for dancers, families, and our production team.


Position Overview:
As a Digital Media Associate, you’ll play an integral role in the production of our live dance competitions. You will assist with managing digital media, providing customer service, and working closely with our photographers, videographers, and social media team to ensure smooth operations during each event. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, loves to travel, enjoys working in a family-friendly environment, and is ready to bring a positive attitude to every event.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of event equipment (must be able to lift 20 lbs)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
  • Help manage digital assets, including organizing footage & photos from live events
  • Work closely with production directors and teammates to ensure smooth operations throughout each event
  • Collaborate with the onsite photo & video team to maintain digital file organization and ensure quality
  • Communicate with the social media team to provide desired content
  • Capture content and provide assistance to photographers and videographers as needed
  • Travel across the country with the KAR Productions team (weekend travel required, typically Thursday through Monday)


Qualifications:

  • Experience with photo and/or video equipment (preferred but not required)
  • Comfortable working with social media platforms (meta) and computer tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends
  • Experience working with children and families is a huge plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences
  • Must be able to travel and have a valid government-issued ID or passport

  • Paid training is provided after the receipt of an official offer letter
  • Competitive event-based pay: $200 – $1000 per event: $15-18 per hour (DOE)
